1. Scope of Services

LawForRealtors.com offers legal advice, document drafting, contract review, compliance guidance, and dispute resolution support tailored to realtors, brokers, and property managers.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information.
• Respond promptly to requests for clarification or additional documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclusive of taxes. Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.

4. Refund Policy

We strive for client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund subject to the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of invoice date.
• Services fully rendered (including completed documents or court filings) are non-refundable.
• Partial services may be eligible for prorated refunds based on work completed.
• Processing of approved refunds will occur within 30 days of approval.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
• Administrative fees of SGD 50 may apply to cover processing costs.

Exceptions: No refunds will be issued for services already in progress where significant work has been completed.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LawForRealtors.com and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, and documentation provided by LawForRealtors.com are protected by copyright and remain our property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for your internal business purposes only.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
